haven't learned a thing about guitar yet

Yeah ur right,I am writing this blog because i'm passionate about playing guitar but havent got a single chance to learn it and i have tried to attend classes with my friend .

The first time I saw a real accoustic guitar was in my friend Moses's home.It was hanging on the wall,so I tried to take it out from their and try playing it,but moses insisted not to touch it because it was the only guitar he had and he knew that i will spoil it.So he invited me to the guitar classes held every sunday morning in church nearby his house .I got very excited about attending those classes,I even dreamt of playing guitar like carlos santana. But this excitement lasted for just one day, after that my bad days started I had to study for my exams.I was 17 during that time studying my secondary education, damn everything was against me ,everything kept me away from learning guitar-my friends, circumstances, money, many other stuffs too,but my passion never faded,I listened to the songs of santana again and again.

Even now after 5 years Im still trying to learn guitar, moreover still trying to buy a guitar so that i can atleast mess with it.THere are many stories to tell about me trying to learn and buy guitar.Wait and i will tell you those "tragedies" if that what my friends tell it to be.

Blog to share YOUR feelings about YOU PLAYING GUITAR

GUITAR-DEFINITION

The guitar is a musical instrument with ancient roots that is used in a wide variety of musical styles. It typically has six strings, but four, seven, eight, ten, and twelve string guitars also exist.
Guitars are recognized as one of the primary instruments in
blues, country, flamenco, rock music, and many forms of pop. There is also a solo classical instrument. Guitars may be played acoustically, where the tone is produced by vibration of the strings and modulated by the hollow body, or they may rely on an amplifier that can electronically manipulate tone. Such electric guitars were introduced in the 20th century and continue to have a profound influence on popular culture.

Types of guitar
Guitars can be divided into two broad categories, acoustic and electric:

Acoustic guitars
An acoustic guitar is one not dependent on an external device to be heard. The acoustic guitar is quieter than other instruments commonly found in bands and orchestras so when playing within such groups it is often externally amplified. Many acoustic guitars available today feature a variety of pickups which enable the player to amplify and modify the raw guitar sound.

Electric guitars
Electric guitars can have solid, semi-hollow, or hollow bodies, and produce little sound without amplification. Electromagnetic pickups convert the vibration of the steel strings into electrical signals which are fed to an amplifier through a cable or radio transmitter. The sound is frequently modified by other electronic devices or the natural distortion of valves (vacuum tubes) in the amplifier. There are two main types of pickup: single coil and double coil (known as humbuckers), each of which can be passive or active. The electric guitar is used extensively in jazz, blues and rock and roll.

NOW enough of basics,I know most of you looking at this post know all of these,So what I need is YOU giving me many tips on GUITAR and making this bnlog a unique way to make all the guitar freaks to come together and share .

Guitar-the word sounds good

"I love rocking,I am a rocker."

I don't have a Guitar, but I rock myself with an air Guitar playing music . If you know what I mean.

I came to know about the Guitar when I first heard a song on MTV by SANTANA titled "MARIA",I was just struck by the chord,as I went on listening to the song I started making music through my fingers playing guitar in air.
